JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER
YOUR ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Junior PM, your primary focus is project control, ensuring meticulous management from planning to execution. You’re crucial in keeping our projects on track, on budget, and delivering top-quality standards to bring our creative vision to life, hassle-free.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
> Craft detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines.
> Monitor project development from kick-off to delivery.
> Coordinate resources effectively to meet project milestones.
> Stay one step ahead by spotting and sorting potential risks and issues.
> Collaborate closely with other teams, including our Studios in Germany.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
> Smooth communication skills and a knack for getting along with everyone: good vibes and flexibility are non-negotiable.
> Proactivity is a must-have.
> Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
> Proficiency in project management tools, with a willingness to adapt to new ones.
> Cool with a mix of office and remote work, committing to at least 3 days in the office per week.
> Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
