Emissium now has an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team! In this role, you will lead all the processes related to marketing and communication management.
Your responsibilities:
• Design and develop visually appealing slides for presentations, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines and conveying information effectively.
• Manage and maintain the company’s LinkedIn profile, including regular posting of updates, articles, and engaging with the audience to increase visibility and engagement.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with our business objectives, as well as our brand and services.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and internal operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and monitor website analytics.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
What you bring to the team:
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) for creating professional slide presentations (Powerpoint and Canva are also acceptable)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and experience in managing company profiles to enhance brand presence.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and external stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and contribute to the overall success of the startup.
• Previous experience in administrative support roles or social media management would be advantageous.
• Native or extremely good English level.
