IPS_Innovative Prison Systems (IPS) is a research, strategic consulting and advisory firm in the field of Justice. We are focused on R&D + Innovation, Digital Platforms, Technology, and on Developing and Sharing Knowledge.
Our projects:
We take part in several transnational projects aimed at modernising and innovating Justice systems. The initiatives we are involved in cover a number of areas, including the radicalisation and violent extremism prevention; rehabilitation and reintegration of offenders; international judicial cooperation; staff management and development; organisational design, change management and digital transition; and more.
Our digital platforms:
We have developed global platforms aimed at organisations and professionals in the Criminal Justice sector, namely a bi-annual magazine that is published in English, Spanish and Portuguese; a global directory and marketplace that brings together correctional agencies and companies operating in the sector worldwide; and a specialised training platform.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
A BSc or MSc degree in Marketing, Advertising, Marketing Management, Communication, Social Communication, Media Studies, Applied Communication (or other, but with experience and aptitude in the described areas);
Comprehensive mastering of the marketing processes (planning, market research, marketing-mix management, communication, analytics, …);
Appreciation and ease in designing, implementing, evaluating, and presenting the results of dissemination/advertising campaigns, especially online;
Creative production capacity (content development, social media, online and offline promotional materials, email marketing, etc.);
Good diagnostic, analytical and reporting skills;
Proactive, organised and results-driven;
High sense of rigor, attention to detail and responsibility;
Languages: English level B2 at least (mandatory); Good level of Spanish (level B1 or higher; preferred);
Knowledge of graphic design (preferred);
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER YOU
Integration in a multidisciplinary team;
Work in hybrid format (can be mostly remote but reports to the head office in Covilhã at least once a week);
A professional internship contract (through IEFP).
