We are expanding our Marketing and Communications team, and are looking for an experienced and motivated Email Marketing Specialist with experience with a B2B Marketing Automation tool (e.g. Hubspot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Pardot) who will support the Email Marketing team in managing all Usercentrics email marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting, and optimization. This role will help create and continuously improve the email marketing strategy for Usercentrics creating an exceptional nurturing experience for our MALs and beyond working towards increasing the conversion rate all throughout the funnel. You will report to the Senior Automation Marketing Manager, working very closely with other members of the Acquisitions and Conversion team as well as other commercial teams, such as the SDR team.

YOUR TASKS
Support the development, execution and management of our global email strategy for digital engagement programs
Use your technical knowledge and expertise of CRM capabilities to develop email programs and constantly improve the running campaigns in agreement with Senior Email Marketing Manager
Collaborate with creative, brand, and marketing colleagues to ensure our email programs support Usercentrics’s Sales marketing objectives and meet our brand guidelines
Help create reporting dashboards that will help drive overall email strategy and provide data-driven actionable recommendations
Plan and execute ongoing A/B testing, analyze results to keep improving and optimizing email engagement
Support the technical execution of all Usercentrics email campaigns, including the template designs, opt-in and unsubscribe management, and automated journey and customer life-cycle considerations
Ensure the design and layouts of emails are optimized, userand mobile-friendly
Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to email

YOU BRING
Mandatory: Minimum of 2 years of email marketing and nurturing experience, preferably in an B2B environment
Mandatory: Proficiency in Marketing Automation tools such as Account Engagement (Pardot Specialist Certification would be a plus), Hubspot, Marketo or Mailchimp
Mandatory: Expert knowledge of email marketing concepts and metrics, a number-driven mindset, highly familiar with email KPIs such as Open Rate, CTR, Opt-out rate
Mandatory: Fluency in English
Ability to collaborate with Marketing and Sales colleagues to develop and support innovative email marketing programs with a clear, cohesive narrative from digital behavioral data, analytics, market research, market trends
Basic knowledge and understanding of the HTML code and CSS
Proven track record in digital marketing including email marketing, marketing automation and lead nurturing
You understand the Sales cycle in a B2B environment and the crucial role of good nurturing
Demonstrated attention to detail in dealing with complex projects and time-sensitive initiatives
Strong communication, project, time management and analytical skills
