Do you want to be part of a dynamic and innovative project in full growth? AHM is a hotel management company with new projects across the country. We are recruiting for the role of F&B Marketing Executive (M/F) for our Lisbon Office!
Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for the hotel’s F&B outlets;
• Uphold, promote, and develop the concepts and the brand identity of each F&B outlet with the company agencies;
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, special F&B offers, and events to drive customer engagement and revenue;
• Oversee online marketing efforts, including email campaigns, social media promotion, and content creation for the F&B outlets;
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to better align the F&B offerings and marketing strategies;
• Foster relationships with influencers, local media, and other potential partners brought arranged by our PR agency to boost the visibility of the hotel’s F&B outlets;
• Develop and manage the F&B marketing budget, ensuring a good return on investment for all campaigns and initiatives;
• Collaborate with the events and F&B teams to promote special F&B events, tastings, or launches;
• Analyze the success of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports on ROI;
• Work integrated in the AHM Marketing Department and closely with the hotels General Managers, the F&B Directors, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and mutual promotion.
Work Experience
• Graduation in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality or F&B sector;
• Good understanding of F&B trends and the hospitality industry;
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, SEO, email marketing, and content management systems;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good level of English: written and spoken;
• Flexible to travel and visit our hotels in Portugal;
• Capable to deal with pressure and tight timmings.
