Jose Macedo is a founding partner and CEO at Delphi Labs, in addition to being a founding partner at Delphi Ventures. We’ are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to help ease the organisational and operational burden.
Job Description
Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to help support our busy CEO. The EA’s primary responsibilities will be to help streamline operations, manage calendars, coordinate travel, handle personal banking, and facilitate efficient communication.
Responsibilities
* Efficiently manage the CEO’s calendar and coordinate appointments
* Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and visas
* Maintain confidentiality while handling personal bank accounts and transactions
* Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
* Coordinate high-level meetings and events
* Anticipate needs and provide proactive support
* Conduct research and provide comprehensive summaries
Requirements
* Enjoys and excels at getting stuff done, showing persistence and creativity in overcoming roadblocks in order to achieve goals
* Exceptional organisational skills and multitasking skills
* Proactive and able to anticipate needs before they arise
* Strong attention to detail
* Independent and able to work to on tasks with minimal guidance
* Previous executive assistant experience supporting C-level executives preferred
* Experience in blockchain and web 3 industry preferred
