We are currently hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist experienced working within a digital marketing, growth or performance role with a successful track record to drive revenue, user acquisition, and brand awareness.

To succeed in this role, you should have an analytical mindset and strategic-creative thinking, being able to solve problems and optimize our strategy. You’ll work across all digital channels, including web, SEM, database, email marketing and display advertising campaigns. We offer a long-term contract, in a full time position, with possibility of career advancement in the Marketing departments.

What you will do:

– Develop and execute a strong performance marketing strategy;
– Manage external agencies to optimize google ads, meta ads and remarketing campaigns;
– Analyze market trends, customer data, and digital analytics to optimize campaigns and improve online visibility and engagement;
– Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong ROAS and meet our KPIs;
– Work with marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey;
– Optimize ad placements and set competitive bids for SEA/CCP campaigns to maximize impact;
– Focus on B2C acquisition, retention, and expansion.
– Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization;
– Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid media channels;
– Optimize marketing automation and lead generation strategies;
– Staying updated with the latest performance marketing trends and technologies
– Data-driven strategy to maximize ROI and performance goals;
– Identify problems and implement optimizations on our digital accounts;
– Create digital and e-commerce competitor reports;
– Analyze performance and KPIs on a weekly basis;
– Build digital marketing monthly reports;
– Report directly to our Digital Marketing Director.

You must have:

– Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Economy, Business Administration or related field;
– 3+ years of experience in a similar role;
– Experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including PPC, SEO, social media, affiliate marketing, and other digital channels;
– Experience of working in e-commerce or digital marketing agencies with B2B clients (mandatory)

– Solid expertise in managing campaigns, analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads experience;
– Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations;
– Portuguese speaker and fluent in English, knowledge of Spanish (plus);
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well;
– Strong interest in digital marketing and e-commerce;
– Comprehension of Product Feeds, Pixels and knowledge of SEO and content marketing;
– Budget-management skills and proficiency;
– Experience within the retail and fashion industry (plus)
