We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content creator and Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for managing digital content, creating engaging social media reels, stories and posts, and ensuring a consistent brand image across various platforms. Your expertise in Adobe tools, motion graphics, attention to detail, and community management will be key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement content management strategies to ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all digital platforms.
Create compelling and visually appealing content using Adobe tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, at a professional level.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with our brand objectives and resonate with our target audience.
Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community in a timely and professional manner.
Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to drive engagement and increase brand visibility.
Edit and optimize multimedia content for social media, including videos, GIFs, and animations.
Conduct regular analysis of social media and content performance using analytics tools and provide recommendations for improvement.
Maintain an organized content library, ensuring accurate tagging, archiving, and version control.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content requirements and ensure content is delivered on time and in line with brand guidelines.
Proofread and edit content for grammar, style, and accuracy.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in content management, social media management, and community management.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, with a strong focus on motion graphics.
Demonstrated ability to create engaging and visually appealing content across multiple digital platforms.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and social media management tools.
Knowledge of analytics tools to track and measure the success of social media campaigns.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
