We continuously invest in our team so we can offer the best levels of service to our customers. For this reason, we are recruiting a Marketing Collaborator to join our team in the Porto region.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize and execute national, Iberian and European events, including coordination with suppliers, partners, and sponsors;
• Manage some of the company’s social networks, helping us disseminate relevant scientific content to our audiences.
• Content management, keeping our website and landing pages up-to-date and optimized for SEO.
• Maintain the consistency of the brand’s visual identity;
• Create, manage, and update databases in Excel
• Create marketing materials such as emails, ads, and other promotional materials in different formats, online and offline, creating value for the audiences we communicate with.
Requirements:
• Higher Education in Marketing/Communication (or similar); or natural sciences, chemistry, biology, physics, engineering, etc.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions (preferable).
• Knowledge of social media management, Google Ads (SEA), and/or LinkedIn Ads;
• Aesthetic sense/graphic design notions: ability to uphold our brand visual identity;
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.;
• Knowledge of WordPress: Backoffice and OptimizedPress3 (optional);
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Fluency in Spanish (preferable);
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Preference for goal-oriented work and teamwork.
