Julien and Kelly Dassault created 27 Lisboa, a retail shop company, in 2017.
27 Lisboa was the first project set up under Maisons Julien et Kelly Dassault with a simple idea:
share a selection of beautiful objects, well made, and easy to live with, that we have found around the world.

We look at the social and environmental policies in place as well as the brand’s overall ethics. We aim at a selection of objects that are sustainable for the Planet and the People. The project is meant to offer alternatives to everyday products and decorations that do not always respect Mother Nature.

We want to offer objects that are practical and easy to use in your everyday life.

This is how it all started. We noticed that it was not that easy to find a product you saw while traveling or while browsing on social media. So when we buy something for our family or our offices and we like it, we partner up with the brand and designer, and we add it to our selection at 27 Lisboa.

We are looking for a Retail Sales Advisor with proven experience to support our Lisbon shop and to be a genuine brand ambassador.

Your mission?
You are responsible for the brand image and customer experience in our shop. At the core of our activity, you will be a key point of contact for customers, and collaborate with logistics, procurement and marketing in your daily job.

Key activities?
Attract customers to the shop and advise them on our selection of products
Highlight products in store, vectors of our DNA, while following the merchandising strategy defined by the marketing department
Understand and learn the story behind each brand and each product to be able to pass it on to customers
Keep retail KPIs up-to-date at all times.
Store management:
Manage the team schedule and operations on a daily basis
Ensure price labels are in place as well as stock
Responsible for the store’s image and its compliance with the 27 Lisboa brand (core values, DNA, strategy)
Accounting: regular bank deposits, cash register management, and closing, ensuring shop-related operations are duly registered in accounting and SAF-T operations and reporting.

Business bachelor’s degree | Sensitivity to high-end products
Your motivation, autonomy, rigor, interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and excellent presentation are essential qualities to succeed in this function within our company
Portuguese and English bilingual is a must; you have an excellent relationship with customers
2 to 5 years of experience in a similar function in the premium world
Good digital culture
Proactive, you are always ready to give logistical help to the teams
Autonomous, adaptable, a can-do attitude and solution-oriented
Team spirit, excellent interpersonal and management skills
