MISSION
As our volume is growing more and more every day, we’re looking for a Post Production Specialist to join our team based in Lisbon (or remote in Portugal). You will work hand in hand with our Product and Operation Teams to ensure that we are meeting the quality standards/pace that we are offering to our customers, both in the preparation and delivery of our products. You will also be in chargee of building and growing our community of photographers, dealing in on a daily basis with the photographers already on our books as well as helping with the smooth integration of newly recruited photographers. And you will also be involved in developing and improving the quality of the products and services we offer to our clients.
PROFIL
– Passionate about photography and video, with a sound understanding of the photographic and filmmaking process.
– Expertise in photo and video editing (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere) while integrating our guidelines.
– A willingness to learn and integrate our working process
– A keen interest for Architecture and Interior Design and an artistic sensibility to understand how to emphasize real estate photos and videos.
– Detail oriented, patience and ability to treat and prioritize every demand in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment
– Listening skills and attentive to feedback.
– High level of reliability, productivity and professionalism
– You know how to work independently and efficiently in a startup environment.
– Excellent communication skills: you’re fluent in English / Fluent in (or knowledge of) French would be a plus.
