We are looking for a maverick Label Manager who is fearless in taking our brand-new label to new heights. If you’re a creative, forward-thinking individual with a passion for music and a proven track record in the industry, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:
Fluent in at least two languages, including English.
Passionate about music.
2+ years of experience in the music industry or related fields would be incredible. Still, we accept anyone who is passionate about music and has the will and vision to take on this project.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
As our Label Manager, you will oversee our label’s music development, promotion, and distribution.

In addition, you’ll work closely with our Artist/Producer to create innovative marketing strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage budgets.

In return, we’ll offer you a percentage of profits for the first year and a percentage of the label to be discussed at the interview.
