The People, Interaction & Brand Team is a multidisciplinary team with people management, website/digital platforms and branding responsibilities.
We define the branding strategy to follow and manage the communications channels for different brands of the international group where Fabamaq fits. You will have a decisive role in managing and deciding the future of our digital channels. Your role:

– Creation, implementation and monitoring of ad campaigns on the main platforms (LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads) – the gambling industry is a very restricted market, so you won’t be able to delve into campaigns, but it will be important to be able to work around certain issues with creativity;
– Daily guarantee of data collection for campaign analysis with preparation of the respective reports;
– Monitoring of digital market trends and ad management metrics;
– Understanding the customer journey and using strategies to drive quality traffic;
– Digital budget management;
– Decision-making based on Google Analytics KPI´s results;
– Preparing detailed strategy and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders;
– Preparing and defining e-mail marketing strategies;
– Benchmarking and competitor’s analysis and digital ads strategies;
– Collaborating with an international and multidisciplinary team and interact with different areas to deliver the best outputs.

Expected:

– Background with previous experiences in relevant Performance Marketing projects;
– Strong knowledge of Google Analytics;
– Strong knowledge of Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads;
– People-oriented behaviour with outstanding interpersonal skills;
– Ability to establish connections and collaborate effectively with different departments;
– Experience and knowledge managing ads on digital platforms;
– Team and task management skills;
– Availability to travel punctually.

Valued:

– Experience working in a digital marketing agency;
– You love people and diversity;
– You love monitoring performance and have strong analytical skills;
– Knowledge of Facebook / Instagram Ads and Tik Tok Ads;
– Experienced with setting up a strategy from concept to execution, including budget allocation, setting up KPIs for the market, and deep analysis;
– iGaming experience;
– Used to working in a fast-paced multi-branded environment;
– You can deliver a strong message adapting it to your target;
– You are goal-oriented;
– Fluent English and a good sense of Portuguese;
– Mailchimp for E-mail Marketing;
– SMS Marketing.
