You will be working with the French market, for one of the biggest Travel Booking platforms in the world. In this role, here’s what you will do:
Manage hosts and guests queries;
Being able to present the best available solutions taking advantage of a community marketplace with millions of users;
Join a specialized and open-mind team that offers support, through written communication and phone
Meet and exceed service quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets;
Create amazing experiences that people value;
Be responsible for solving any booking issues and/or escalating appropriately;
Want to know if you fit right in? Here’s what we’re looking for:
• Native French speaker (C1 or C2);
• Good knowledge of English (B2);
• Experience with Microsoft Office;
• You have a European Passport or legal permit to work in Portugal (residence card or express of interest);
• You adapt well to a multicultural environment;
• Goal-oriented and target-driven;
• Team player;
• Previous experience in Customer Support is a plus.
