Requirements
In this role, you will,
– Take the lead across all aspects of the company by reviewing how departments work together
– Make critical decisions that will affect the company’s direction and drive business growth
– Developing high-quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
– Build a positive and productive culture in the workplace
– Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have,
– Proven experience as CEO or in other managerial position
Familiarity and working experience (at least 5 years)
– Must be a team player and have a founder mentality
– Experience building and leading teams globally
– Experience raising funds and venture capitalism
Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
– High level of English and software tools like work management, office suite, CRM’s, etc.
