Your Role:
Minga London is recruiting a talented Social Media Specialist to manage our social media presence.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams, a passion for fashion, content creation, brand knowledge and a strong interest in social media and marketing.
Your Responsibilities:
– Managing Minga London social media accounts on a daily basis (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and others);
– Creative content management and plan for the different social media channels;
– Researching current trends on social media;
– Working with the marketing team to develop and amplify campaigns for brand, influencer, and promotional activities;
– Ensuring all online efforts and messaging are consistent with the values, overall story, and voice for the target audience;
– Reviewing analytics and providing updates on progress and key metrics;
– Managing Minga’s marketing calendar with scheduled posts, promotional holidays and others.
Your hard skills:
– 2+ years of experience in social media management;
– Bachelor’s / MS degree in marketing or related field;
– A good understanding of the digital and social media landscape in general;
– Updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement;
– Fluency in English;
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
– Ability to clearly communicate results, key learning and opportunities;
– Demonstrable passion for working in the fashion industry.
