We are looking for a Keepbiz Customer Support Representative for our Customer Services department that provides advice, listening and solutions to our customers, our customer service teams are essential to ensure a service that meets our quality requirements.
Our customer service teams are divided into six areas: cloud, web, telecom, keepbiz, Professional cloud services and cross-cutting projects.
You join the will join an experienced team of 1st Line Support in charge of providing support for our clients from different countries.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES ET ACTIVITES DU POSTE

#Missions
Attached to the Customer Service, you meet the following challenges :
• Answering the multichannel questions (call, e-mail, chat) of customers concerning billing, order tracking, administration;
• Answering to escalations and informing customers of correct process;
• Keeping customers updated on the progress of an investigation and its resolution.
• Providing post-sale support service;
• Participate in defined loyalty actions and missions;
• Understand, integrate and develop a pitch to promote the image of the OVH brand to future customers;
• Build an image of OVH as company with strong expertise and excellent customer support.

#Profile
• Fluent Portuguese and English is essential. A 3rd language (French, Spanish, Italian or German) is required.
• Great communication skills;
• Ability to manage priorities;
• Strong customer service focus;
• With a great sense of service, you want to have a positive impact on your internal and / or external contacts.
• You are open to the world and working in an international context is an important aspect for you.
