Maisons Julien et Kelly Dassault is a true family business started in Lisbon, Portugal, by ourselves, Julien and Kelly, as husband and wife, but also as partners. Today, MJKD is already active in real estate renovation – Santos-Dassault, film production and publishing – 27 Films, retail – 27 Lisboa and 27 Studio, sponsorship, and private equity. We are looking for a Community Manager in Lisbon with proven experience to develop the founder community, Kelly Dassault, and support the growth of Maisons Julien et Kelly Dassault both locally and internationally. In this role you will be responsible for spreading the mindset of the founder out through her social networks.
YOUR MISSION
Brand content: creation, edition and diffusion of content on different digital social networks,
Strategic: develop a diffusion strategy,
Editorial content: define an editorial strategy according to the founder’s vision,
Moderation: be responsible for answering to comments and private messages,
Reporting: define and analyze KPIs. Adjust the initial strategy, if necessary, to keep growing and report to the founder.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
English fluent (C1 minimum) written and oral, French is highly appreciated,
Formation in Communication/Digital Marketing,
4-5 years of experience in Community Management,
Strong skills:
Used to work with editing tools: videos and photos,
Experience in creating viral posts,
Experience in managing data analysis,
Experience in monitoring campaigns,
Successful experience in managing a community over 50k followers or the account of an influencer/personality.
Soft skills:
Be proactive, rigorous and autonomous,
Able to deliver content almost instantaneously,
Be aware of visibility new opportunities and trend-oriented with an aesthetic vision,
Be detail-oriented with a creative and numerical approach,
A perfect knowledge of social networks, of monitoring tools and writing skills,
