Who are we looking for
You will be part of the Product team and work alongside a passionate group of designers, product managers and developers.

As an UX/UI Designer at Landing.Jobs, you will:
– Gather requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers;
– Research, study and evaluate the state of the art in terms of interface design and user experience;
– Visual design of complex systems and products for web and mobile environments, with a strong focus on human-centered design;
– Low and Medium/High fidelity prototyping;
Preparation of product and development support documentation;
– Performing metrics analysis post-launch to inform design/UX optimisation efforts;
– Participate in and boost the implementation of the Design System;
– Be part of a group who will influence and shape our products but also grow with it at your own speed!
This is a remote work first position, with the possibility of office days (@Lisbon or @Porto).
Requirements
A good candidate for this position should have:
– 1+ years of experience working as UX/UI Designer: quantitative and qualitative analysis, wireframes, user flows, user testing, user interface design and prototyping
– Strong visual communication skills
– Having a User-Centered Design Approach
– Capacity to develop wireframes, prototypes and detailed mockups
– Someone resilient, autonomous, with a ‘get shit done’ attitude, critical thinking and unafraid to assume responsibility
– Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
– Good English skills and experience, both written and spoken
– Team player and good interpersonal skills.
– Used to a fast-paced demanding environment, and flexible enough to adapt to changing and evolving business requirements and objectives

– HTML/CSS
– Design Thinking
– Experience with responsive design
– Micro-copy skills
