The opportunity:

We are looking for a talented Multimedia Designer to support our design team in the marketing department. This person will report directly to the lead designer and will help create innovative and impactful assets across digital and print. The role will involve primarily working with key stakeholders to help deliver creative and engaging collateral for campaigns, initiatives and projects that help to educate and inspire veterinary professionals globally and to also help build internal and external brand advocacy.

You will be responsible for executing a brief from start to finish, working closely with stakeholders to deliver engaging and impactful assets that reflect our brand.

Key responsabilities:

Digital/Online
Engaging artwork pieces for campaigns (Facebook, Google Ads),
Web / digital advertising materials (banners, MPUs, headers…)
General graphic resources to support websites
Email marketing assets

Print/Offline
Exhibitions and events materials (stands, collateral communication supports, games…)
Brochures
Printed collateral: flyers, leaflets, and advertisements
Branding supporting materials (signage, stationary, presentations, posters, certificates…)

Skills/Requirements:

Degree or BA in graphic design, visual design, multimedia design or equivalent
+ 3 or more years’ experience in a design role within a company
Creativity, efficiency and the highest quality and design standards
Strong knowledge in offline and print projects
Strong knowledge in digital campaign projects
Experience of designing and producing multimedia content including print, web and video/motion
A strong, varied portfolio of well-executed design work, including designs for campaigns running across multiple platforms
Fluent in English both written and spoken
Excellent time management
Ability to work within a fast-paced environment on multiple projects concurrently
Self-motivated and resilient – able to solve problems and perform under pressure
Able to build relationships and communicate effectively
Be a brand guardian: live and breathe the Improve International brand
Flexible working hours to meet deadlines

Tools:

Pro efficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, Acrobat)
Pro efficiency motion graphics (After Effects)
Strong skills in video editing (AfterEffects)
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

The following would be beneficial:

Advanced knowledge in editorial design (magazines, catalogues, leaflets, flyers)
Advanced experience in producing large scale materials for Exhibits and events
Experience working with project management platforms (Asana)
Experience with WordPress and Hubspot
