The role
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our growing team in Lisbon or Amsterdam and report to Ditbardh Uka.
You will research, concept and design products for Recharge.com’s customer base around the world. You’ll help turn our vision into reality by developing a deep understanding and empathy of our customers, and the jobs they are looking to accomplish. You’ll love taking a data driven approach to product development, combining this with your strong design aesthetic to deliver truly great experiences.
What will I do?
Uncover user insights and opportunities for improving our products by planning, conducting and analysing user research.
Own the end-to-end design experience for a given part of Recharge.com. From research to ideation with others to the final product.
Partner with Engineers to ensure designs are workable and optimised for scale
Participate in design reviews to help improve and drive the collective design experience
Contribute to overall design system
What you have
4+ years commercial experience working as a Product Designer
Demonstrable experience of designing mobile-first responsive web or apps
Fluent with leading and participating in user research
Comfortable using qualitative data to augment your design decision direction and choices
The ability to communicate design goals and feedback clearly
The ability to understand technical implications in your design process
Passion for good design and being able to understand what makes design good

4. Assignment & Second interview: Some roles involve a case study. Great! It’s your chance to shine and show us you have what it takes. You’ll present your case study to the Hiring Manager and someone from the team
5. Final Interview: You’ll meet with our Director of Product & Design
