About the job 🤓
You will support our client as Junior Marketing Advisor, growing and developing your extensive client base in an innovative and fast paced environment. You will be part of a team of top-class sales professionals. You will drive sustained sales as well as proactively finding new selling opportunities.
Success in this position requires exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and client service skills; a willingness to experiment; the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment; and a passion for helping others achieve results.
What will I be doing? 🤔
• Provide support to users, addressing any issue or inquiry, via chat, email, phone and social media;
• Ability to identify, research and review complex issues to determine the best solution or troubleshooting;
• Contribute in an active way to increase product insight and knowledge base content;
• Provide proactive post-sales support for customers;
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
What do we need from you? 😎
• Fluency in English (C2 Level, ideally native);
• Availability to work in rotating shifts;
• Good computer skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Good listening and empathy skills;
• Good time management skills;
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard;
• Passion for sales;
• Team spirit and flexibility.
