About the job
We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Digital Creative to help us grow our brand to become a one-stop shop for alternative healthcare. Working closely with our Senior Art Director, you will help to create engaging and meaningful content for all Livlab’s digital channels – social media organic and paid content, display ads, youtube ads, e-mails/newsletters, and landing pages. You’ll join our company at an exciting time, as we are growing our international team at our digital marketing hub in Lisbon.
🎨 YOUR MISSION @ LIVLAB 🎨
Lots of ideas: Work directly with our Senior Art Director to help create concepts for all Livlab’s campaigns and content initiatives, in line with marketing goals, and working closely with the performance and content teams.
Thumb-stopping executions: Help to produce and design static visuals and video content for all Livlab’s digital channels – social media organic and paid content (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest…), display ads, e-mails/newsletters, and landing pages (advertorial, presells…) – in line with the brand’s identity and guidelines.
Diversity: Anything related to digital graphic design, photo/image editing, animation, video editing, and illustration.
Never-ending optimization (I): continuously improve digital content ideas and executions based on data-driven insights, working with the performance and content teams
Never-ending optimization (II): help to develop and maintain content templates and style guides to optimize content production and guarantee visual coherence and alignment with the brand’s identity.
Always looking around: Keep abreast of emerging design, advertising, and digital content trends and best practices, to get inspiration and continuously bring fresh and disruptive ideas.
Team work: collaborate with the performance, social media, and content teams to create, manage, and distribute creative assets

First and foremost, you’re an aspiring digital content creator, with a passion for creating video and visual content from concept to execution for all digital channels – Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Newsletters, Websites…
You are eager to learn and improve your creative and technical skills
You love to come up with fresh and disruptive ideas and are not afraid to take risks.
You have a curious mind and an enthusiastic, positive, can-do attitude.
You like to work autonomously but also love to co-create and collaborate with other areas.

🤸♂️ YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 🤸♂️
Knowledge and experience with visual and video content production for different digital channels: Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Display ads, Websites, and newsletters (and the will to continue learning and improving);
Knowledge and experience in web design and video edition tools (and the will to continue learning and improving): Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, After Effects or similar, and all the extensions tools to simplify and automate production, retouching, animation, subtitling, etc.
Fluent written and spoken English (French is a plus).
