digital sales specialist

We are Hi Interactive and we are looking for an ambitious and energetic Digital Sales Specialist to help us expand to US Market.
You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals with an effective sales strategy support;
the goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients in the US market.
You will be responsible for convincing the potential customers to purchase the company’s services and converting prospects from a quality database of potential customers.

Responsibilities:

-Support sales/membership/channel efforts through prospect research, lead generation, appointment setting, and managing assigned prospect/clients using customer-focused selling techniques;
-Assist with research for proposals and special projects, as needed;
-Ensure that the sales team has the required sales materials and support information for sales calls, trade shows, and proposal responses;
-Convey program/membership/service information and opportunities to customers through effective communication of Hi Interactive programs/products/services;
-Generate reports for internal use and analysis by mining information from various sources including databases, CRM, and traditional and emerging electronic media channels;
– Provide marketing support through the distribution of relevant marketing materials, representing Hi Interactive at industry and tradeshows, act as a key liaison between co-workers;
– Ensure ongoing integrity of account information in client lists and/or databases;
– Coordinate client mailings and communications for team and individual initiatives;
– Respond to external and internal queries and assist with preparing client presentations and proposals

Requirements:

-Based in Portugal – Lisbon (preference);
-Adaptable and fast learning, startup mind-set;
-Nationality: American, Canadian or English (preference);
-Strong communication relationship capabilities;
-Tech-Savvy;
-Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty;
-Proficiency in MS Office (mandatory) and very strong capabilities to learn new softwares;
-Native in English (Mandatory);
-Good knowledge of Portuguese (mandatory);
-Focused on objectives and challenges;
– -Hubspot Skills or other CRM tool (preference).
