Marmalade Game Studio is looking for a Marketing Designer to work as part of our award-winning games studio and help us to build on the success of Monopoly, Cluedo, Game of Life, The Game of Life 2 and Jumanji: The Curse Returns. The ideal candidate is creative and enthusiastic.

You must reside in Portugal and be eligible to work here.
Our main studio is located in Almada. We offer flexible remote working options.
Responsibilities:
– The opportunity to work with the worlds leading IP brands ensuring consistency across all assets and marketing channels
– Brainstorm new concepts and creatives to keep marketing campaigns engaging
– Create seasonal campaigns inside the games, assets for app stores, social media and newsletters
– Create striking logos, icons, game screenshots, and other store assets
– Create exciting promotional videos, such as trailers and video posts
– Design internal and external presentations
– Work closely with our Marketing Executives and Copywriter to understand the briefs and requirements of projects
Requirements:
– Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects
– Must be able to show a portfolio of graphic design experience
– Good communicator with the ability to take constructive feedback
– Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can work to deadlines
– Manages to work on several different IPs at once
– Fluent in English to ensure good communication with the team
– A passion for games
– 2D or concept art skills are a bonus
Optional but valuable:
– Experience within the games industry, although we would consider graduates and industry entrants demonstrating a strong portfolio
– Knowledge of UI/UX best practices for marketing purposes
– Experience in WordPress, HTML and CSS
– Experience with 3D software, such as Blender
– Knowledge of other useful software (like Premiere, Unity)
