Further Learning Group provides both classroom and synchronous/asynchronous online classroom courses and qualifications. We offer a range of subjects including Interior Design, Garden Design, Horticulture, Fashion Design, Photography, and Digital Marketing. We operate in Ireland, UK, Australia, and USA. Our courses are delivered through our academy brands and include national and internationally recognised qualifications such as BTEC Higher National Certificates and Higher National Diplomas, both accredited by Pearson Education. We also offer a top-up degree qualification in Interior Design and Photography, both of which are validated by The University of Chester.

Role Overview:

Working as part of a collaborative team, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing strategies designed to promote FLG’s academy brands and products. Working with the CMO, he/she is responsible for overseeing the effectiveness of our Search Marketing and Remarketing programme, including the production of relevant and engaging advertising content. He/she is responsible for building and managing our social media presence (including managing our social influencer partnerships) and for developing inspiring and engaging content for our portfolio of websites.

Primary responsibilities will include:

– Works with the CMO to execute the approved portfolio strategy across all digital channels. This involves working with 3rd party agencies to plan and coordinate paid media campaigns, develop advertising assets, execute SEOstrategiesand oversee email marketing activity
– Develops and monitors campaign budgets
– Oversees the development of performance reports for all marketing campaigns
– Tracks SEO metrics that affect website traffic and target audiences
– Manages Academy blogs, working with copywriters and designers to execute the content strategy
– Manage our social media presence (community management, plans, creates, and schedules content posts)
– Works with social influencers to develop content partnerships for our brands
– Manages a team of interns to execute marketing activities

Experience and skills required:

– BA (Hons) in marketing or communications
– Minimum of 2 or more years of professional experience in managing B2C digital marketing programmes
– Ability to work both collaboratively and independently and to meet deadlines
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Fluency in English is essential with a minimum level overall band score of 7 or 8 IELTS or C1 Cambridge English
