Perff Studio is looking for a Communication Designer who shares its values, is highly motivated, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The Graphic Designer will integrate the Brand Communications team and be responsible for guaranteeing that the brand’s DNA is aligned with all brand supports and creating visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires.
Perff Studio is a high-performance fashion brand for modern-day women. With its origin in the north of Portugal, we aim to dress female leaders and executives around the globe. Always trying to balance an active lifestyle while remaining elegant and confident.
This is an on-site job. Our Office is located in Guimarães, Portugal, with a partially remote Team spread across Europe.
The Role
– Develop and create assets to produce high-end content for all communications channels;
– Act as brand guardian by working to and defining brand guidelines;
– Design assets for a variety of marketing, PR, and business needs such as lookbooks, invitations, press packs, and other brand materials and internal presentations;
– Support our Content team across content shoots, video shoots, and e-commerce shoots;
– Oversee the image/video editing processes, including retouching, and resizing with speed and accuracy;
– Help to develop the clear, innovative, and well-defined style and aesthetics of Perff Studio;
– Have a forward-thinking mindset and be reactive to social trends, be proactive in bringing ideas for social posts to the table, with a focus on video and motion graphics;
– Collaborate with the entire team on research activities, strategy sessions, creativity, design, and testing of new concepts.
Your profile
– 2+ years experience in a communication/multimedia design role. Experience in a similar brand, retailer, or agency is preferred;
– A strong portfolio demonstrating the above;
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (including video editing and animation tools);
– Social media and website oriented;
– Excellent eye for detail;
– Passionate about video and photography
– Fluent in English (mandatory). Other languages are valued;
– The ability to prioritize, multitask and handle multiple requests simultaneously;
– Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
– Responsible and Team worker;
– Flexibility to travel.
