We are currently searching for a Product Designer (UX/UI) to remotely join our Head of Design.
**What we see as a perfect fit:**
– Passion for Design and digital products.
– Seriously, if you’re not a digital product maniac, you won’t fit in.
– 2 years of experience in producing digital products.
– Working remotely requires autonomy and time management. This usually comes with some experience.
– Enthusiasm for the financial industry
– We purely focus on this industry, so if you don’t like numbers and finance, you won’t be happy
– Proficiency in English.
– We communicate in English. German is a plus.
– Figma.
– The software doesn’t define the Designer. Still, this is our base tool.
**What we need from you:**
– Focus on outcomes.

– Sometimes we need it perfect, sometimes we need it fast.
– You deliver nothing but the best you are capable of doing.
– Curiosity and entrepreneurship.
– Portfolio (mandatory).
**What you will be doing:**
– Wireframe, prototype, interfaces, research.
– Workshops, interviews.
– Consult, advise, and review.
– Design systems, tokens, guidelines.
– Pitches
