Job Description

As our Panel Engagement Digital Ad Campaign Manager, you will be part of a growing Panel Engagement Digital Team and be responsible for:

-Managing Google and Social Ad campaigns and budgets

-Manage on-time delivery of ad campaigns

-Test new technological platforms for ad campaigns

-Set deadlines and confirm deliverables with the team

-Interact directly with ad vendors to optimize campaigns

-Consult on creative best practices and optimization

-Maintain documentation on campaign process and procedures

-Troubleshoot common campaign issues

-Analyse reporting, look for potential problem areas

-Meet the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

You will be used to:

-Working in projects with a focus on performance marketing, optimizing acquisition metrics such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), cost per install (CPI), and ROI by channel and media campaign

-Collaborating with app store optimization colleagues, campaign creative producers, media buyers, analytics/BI analysts, product managers, copywriters, designers and developers to ensure panel recruiting, engagement and retention campaigns run according to budgets, timelines and country needs.

-Managing multiple campaigns at once, within tight deadlines and A/B testing experience

-Troubleshoot common campaign issues

Among other things you will

Develop recruitment, engagement and retention paid campaigns to sustain panel’s health, including specific, measurable goals such as churn rate, acquisition cost, retention cost.

Work on Nielseniq’s performance ads team across more than 20 countries and 10 languages

Research/recommend “best practices” based on competitive analysis for app ad campaigns

Identify opportunities for high impact acquisition, engagement and retention growth initiatives.

Set up and continuously optimize the performance of Google and Social Ad campaigns

Managing Google Ad campaigns including Paid SEM, Display, and YouTube

Developing new traffic acquisition and link-bait opportunities

Identify conversion rate optimization (CRO) opportunities, and lead testing processes

Manage ideation, planning, and execution efforts of CRO special projects.

Create analytics reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance

Ensuring the integrity of our UTM campaign tagging

Troubleshooting web analytics issues and making tracking code changes as needed

Qualifications

Minimum 1-year experience in building and managing campaigns including Social, Mobile, Search, Display and YouTube/Reels/Shorts, etc.

Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail & logical thinking

Proven experience of A/B testing and using data to inform design decisions

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities remotely

Possess strong work and business ethics; be reliable, highly organized and dependable

Experience working with App Store Connect and Google Play Developer console, Firebase and MMP platforms (like Adjust)
