We’re looking for a Content Creator – Photo & Video to join our fast-paced Marketing team [Maia, Porto office]

To help with that, Care to Beauty is looking for a Content Creator – Photo & Video (IEFP Internship) to join our Marketing and Image team. We don’t ask for much – just someone who is creative, passionate about video and photography, and with a special interest in social media and advertising.
But we won’t stop you from coming up with your own ideas on what we should do next. Have a great idea for a commercial? Want to explore a TikTok trend or two? We’re here for it!
To succeed in this role, unsurprisingly, you’ll need to have capturing and editing skills in both video and photography and know your way around DSLR cameras and Adobe software. You’ll also need to be able to communicate in English.
Finally, before applying, please make sure you have a bachelor’s degree in the audiovisual or multimedia area and are eligible for a professional internship through IEFP.
As a Content Creator – Photo & Video in our company you will be responsible for:
– Capture and edit original photography content – both product and lifestyle
– Capture and edit original video content and have a hand in all phases of video production from pre-to-post (filming, editing, color correction, sound design,etc.)
– Collaborate with the content, social, and marketing teams to develop engaging content that resonates across social media platforms, websites, newsletters, and ads
– Research and compile social trends, ideas, competitors’ best-in-class examples, and cutting-edge executions to inform and propose new content
Required Skills and Experience:
– Good photography capture and editing skills
– Good video capture and editing skills
– Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Tools
– Experience with DSLR cameras
– Knowledge of studio lighting
– Problem-solving and solution-driven mentality
– Strong written and spoken English communication skills
– Detail-oriented
– Creativity and “out of the box” thinking
– Strong communication skills and ability to take creative direction and bring it to life through video and photo editing
Mandatory:
– Degree in Multimedia, Audiovisual, or similar field-
– Must be IEFP Internship eligible
Nice to have:
– General interest in cosmetics and keeping up with beauty trends on social
– Knowledge in motions graphics
