We are looking for a Product Designer to develop platforms that meet people’s needs. The professional will combine interfaces and workflows to improve the user experience and develop visual interfaces that aid interaction and communication between the user and a given technology.
The role requires an analytical and creative designer, who is able to understand the user’s needs and solve problems. An excellent portfolio of successful user experience (UX) and other technical projects is essential, as well as a sharp eye for identifying and resolving complex flows and problems and the will to develop intuitive user interfaces (UI) using both aesthetic and functional concepts.
A day as an Product Designer
Research, study and evaluation of the state of the art in terms of interface design and user experience;
Requirements gathering and specification in collaboration with product managers and engineers;
Definition of the conceptual architecture of a digital product;
Visual design of complex systems and products for web and mobile environments, with a strong focus on human centered design;
Low and Medium/High fidelity prototyping;
Preparation of product and development support documentation;
Performing metrics analysis post-launch to inform design/UX optimization efforts.
What you’ll need
Degree in Design, New Communication Technologies, Multimedia or similar;
Experience as a Product Designer;
English proficiency, written and spoken;
Critical and logical thinking;
Portfolio (pdf format or online gallery) – Mandatory*
Experience in tools/technologies like Figma/ Sketch;
Experience Prototype Software tools like Protopie; Principle; Invision; Framer.
Good visual taste in terms of layout, typography and visual hierarchy;
Ability to adapt to multiple projects from different areas, platforms and requirements;
Ability to follow visual and interaction patterns, specific to the project or the project platform (i.e. iOS Guidelines, styleguide of an ongoing project) always keeping the user experience consistent and intuitive;
