What is expected from you:
Design beautiful user interfaces, across multiple devices and resolutions..
Promote best practices in UI, UX, and interaction design.
Participate in strategy and co-creation sessions with clients and users to help articulate and define their goals.
Have a Human Centred Design approach in solving user needs with a deep customer empathy mindset.
Craft wireframes, user flows, interaction prototypes and other design specification artefacts.
Work closely with product and development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented.
Collaborate effectively with team members, including but not limited to designers, researchers, strategists, creatives, communication specialists, digital marketers, project/product managers, developers, and technical architects.
Maintain and scale existing Design Systems.
Work with agile processes and methodologies.
Your background and qualifications needed to succeed:
2+ years experience in UX/UI design.
Portfolio demonstrates solid foundational design skills (typography, color, layout, interactions, case studies)..
Bachelor’s degree in User Experience, Graphic Design or a related field.
You’re proficient in Figma, Sketch, and/or other relative tools to design for digital interfaces.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Basic understanding of how development environments work.
Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
Ability to think beyond and be innovative to leverage product and brand.
Comfortable presenting your work to your peers, stakeholders, clients and working with feedback.
Bonus points if:
You have experience with building and maintaining a design system.
You can explain and sell design decisions to clients and stakeholders.
You have some experience with agile delivery methodology and how it relates to design.
