We are currently looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Understanding the needs and preferences of our clients
– Owning the end-to-end process of UI and UX product design, conducting usability tests, doing report research, producing sketches, wireframes, mockups, high-fidelity prototypes, websites, portals, apps, etc.
– Providing feedback to improve design solutions and understanding to build the best experience
– Working closely with your team of designers and other team members to understand features and context
– Providing UX consultancy on development and content
– Helping develop and apply innovative technologies, best design practices, and usability patterns
QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of experience in UX/UI Design with experience leading and executing projects
– Fluency in both written and verbal English
– Good communication, presentation, and project management skills
– Experience in using solid agile fundamentals
– In-depth knowledge of User-Centered Design, User – Experience Design, Interface, and Interaction Design
– Methodological knowledge of Design Thinking, Design Sprints, User Research, and User Testing
Advanced knowledge in Sketch, Adobe CC, Invision, ProtoPie, Principle, Figma, Axure
– Experience facilitating user research, Graphic/Visual Design is a plus
