As Telesales Representative you will contact companies in Switzerland, Germany and Austria by telephone;
Professionally you will convince in German as your mother tongue and in very good English both by telephone and in writing – each additional language will inspire us and your prospects;
You obtain information from potential customers and generate suitable leads for the sales department;
Friendly you explore needs for specific software and related consulting and implementation services;
Motivated, you also make telephone calls following email marketing campaigns and create the basis for further activities;
You carry out administrative work in connection with CRM and offers conscientiously;
That’s how you are:
You love making phone calls to strangers and you are able to build up a basis of trust;
You have experience in B2B sales of investment goods;
Technology and digitization are no foreign words for you;
German is your mother tongue, you know English very well;
Eloquently and with tactical skill you contact potential customers;
Friendly you explore customer needs and arouse interest;
Empathic questions and demand-oriented advice suit you well;
Even in hectic moments you remain calm and friendly;
