We are looking for a talented and accomplished Social Media Specialist to execute a very exciting social media strategy with a goal to attract and retain talents. You will create engaging content for the most popular channels (Instagram, Facebook and TikTok) to promote our global/local employer brand and to generate applications. Expect to go on the field, take pictures, shoot videos, go live, bring prositivity and just have fun!

As an Social Media Specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:

Create awesome social media content and grow an engaged community
Deliver our Sitel Portugal & Sitel Greecce social media content strategy across Instagram, Facebook & TikTok (and other potential channels) to increase awareness about our employer brand, and generate organic applications
Create content on the field (pictures, videos, lives, etc.), featuring our associates and community partners, to support our organic and paid strategies
Promote our key employee programs through fun and exciting social content and activities
Plan and host lives on our social media channels, in collaboration with internal and external resources
Plan advanced user-generated content activities to develop associates engagement and increase online reputation
Write captions for all organic and paid ads
Schedule all posts through our third-party tool (or natively)
Participate in seasonal campaigns, following our global and local engagement calendars
Monitor and reply to comments and private message, in coordination with our social media care specialists
Actively monitor latest industry trends and competitor, and translate insights into actionable strategies
Build a strong network within our communities
Build and manage a network of internal contributors (marketing, operations, etc.) to collect content across our sites
Proactively identify and reach out to community partners (non-profits, businesses, creators, etc.) to co-create content
Define engagement plan for our internal community of content creators
Become an ambassador of our social media activities within the company
Train other associates to level up their social media skills
Be an active member of our internal community of social media creators: planning activities, requesting content, schedule videoshoots, etc.
Use data and analytics to optimize ROI
Build and maintain a local dashboard for engagement and social media care, while coordinating with our teams and support functions
Provide monthly reports on our social media engagement performance
Optimize content and recruitment strategies, based on data, research and industry trends

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

Native Portuguese
Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
Advanced knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and best practices
Advanced knowledge of digital and social media ads: Facebook, Google, Spotify, etc.
Top-notch content creation skills: taking pictures, recording videos and basic editing through a phone
Knowledge of digital marketing tools: email marketing, landing page, websites, etc.
Ability to create engaging social media content, applying latest best practices for each platform (videos, lives, interactive stories, etc.)
Stay on top of social media and digital trends
Ability to translate business goals into sophisticated content and lead generation strategies
Strong track record in designing campaigns that convert, and ability to demonstrate success with KPIs
Ability to network, build relationships with partners from different backgrounds
Display a strong diplomacy with our different stakeholders: global & local leaders, subject matter experts, coworkers, etc.
Highly proactive: reaching out to people, suggesting ideas, testing new concepts, etc.
Experience in conducting market research and analysis
Ability to analyze the performance of past campaigns to optimize costs & operations
Self-learner, out-of-the box thinker and above average curiosity
Self-starter and motivator who come ups with ideas for new projects and get other stakeholders onboard
Ability to work collaborate via digital tools: social media management, project managements, communications, etc.
Experience in running social media ads or Google ads is definitely a plus
Graphic designs skills (Photoshop or Canva) is definitely a plus
Knowledge in behavioral sciences would be a nice to have

Education and experience.

2+ years of professional experience in social media marketing; or significant personal experience of building and growing an engaged following on social media
