The Delphi Digital creative team is seeking a Multi-disciplinary Product Designer with extensive experience to join our powerhouse team of designers, marketers and developers building the future of finance and Web3 at Delphi. As a Product Designer your creative energy should come through in your dazzling portfolio which may consist of a mixture of UI/UX, product and visual design. This role would suit an individual who is excited by the idea of contributing to a larger design vision and imbuing the Delphi brand with your personal touch. At your core you have an excellent eye for design fundamentals and are no stranger to design practices and design systems and you’re comfortable with crafting new designs using a suite of tools such as Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Job Responsibilities
– Collaborate with the product and development team to scope out and implement solutions for our Products & Services.
– Creating beautiful UI designs and visual elements for our Products & Services.
– Building out guidelines and design systems for our products, and reinforcing them across designs.
– Creating wireframes, flows, site maps and communicating ideas via storyboards, whiteboards and presentations.
– Keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends and practices.
Basic Qualifications
– A beautiful portfolio of work is a must. We will not be accepting submissions without a portfolio or demo reel.
– Experience working with product teams and shipping features iteratively within an agile team.
– Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma. Proficiency in other software such as Krita and After Effects is a plus.
– Keen eye for design fundamentals, branding, and visual language.
Preferred Qualifications
– Extensive experience in UX/UI and Product Design.
– Highly proficient in the design pipeline, you’ll be comfortable with taking an idea from the initial sketch/wireframe/storyboard and communicating your designs each step of the way with the creative team.
– Comfortable with working in a product-oriented workflow, collaborating with multiple designers and engineers.
– Excellent communication skills, a team player who enjoys thriving in collaboration.
– Experience working in Design Sprints.
