Main responsibilities
• Define the global Social Media strategy, roadmap & goals for all the social media networks, aligned with our vision, brand and messaging;
• Management of global Social Media profiles;
• Develop creative concepts and narrative lines to communicate key messages;
• Give direction to social media content calendars, deliver on-time projects and manage stakeholder expectations;
• Ensure brand consistency through tone, voice and terminology across all our communications on social media;
• Copywriting: acting as the voice across the brand’s channels, writing copy across community responses and captions;
• Monitor, analyse, review and report on performance in an effort to maximize results;
• Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy;
• Review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance;
• Drive dialogue and engagement and actively engage with the audience of the channels.
Time and place of work:
• Full-time (09h00-18h00, de 2ªf a 6ªf);
• Murtede (Cantanhede).
Profile:
• Academical background in Marketing, Communication or similar fields;
• At least 2 years of experience working with social media;
• Have good command of English as well as Portuguese.
