Originating from Idanha-a-Nova, Living Seeds Sementes Vivas is leading the development, production, and commercialization of organic seeds for horticulture in the Iberian Peninsula. Our mission is to make extraordinary organic and biodynamic seeds available to all who want to grow healthy food.
To support our growth in Portugal and Spain, we are looking for a Marketing manager with strong digital marketing abilities and enthusiasm for the agriculture and food business.
Role and Responsibilities:
The Marketing manager will report to the CEO and Management Team and will have responsibilities in three main domains:
Market intelligence and pricing
• Research market demand and customer preferences.
• Monitor competitor’s offer and market trends.
• Improve portfolio and pricing strategy for different products, channels, and geographies.
E-commerce
• Define and implement strategy to grow online sales in Portugal and Spain.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to improve online user experience.
• Develop promotional activities to improve brand awareness.
• Report online sales KPIs and effectiveness of actions taken.
Marketing, brand and communication strategy
• Define and implement overall marketing and branding strategy.
• Coordinate production and communication of contents in digital and traditional media.
• Coordinate website and social media management, including content, landing pages and conversion to sales.
• Provide sales reps with support materials and information to grow offline sales.
Qualifications and skills
• Degree in Marketing, Management, or other relevant area.
• 5 years of experience as Marketing Manager, including digital marketing and sales experience.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools and SEO.
• Writing and speaking fluence in Portuguese and English (Spanish is an advantage).
• Dynamic, autonomous, and enjoying working in a collaborative environment.
• Enthusiasm for organic agriculture and food and environmental sustainability.
