Perff Studio is looking for a Customer Experience Assistant. A multitasked person to deliver exceptional experience across all customer touchpoints. You will have the main responsibility to ensure that the highest levels of customer service are delivered to our customers through every communication channel and the responsibility of receiving and unpacking parcels, completing relevant documentation, and dispatching stock.

This is an on-site job. Our Office is located in Guimarães, Portugal, with a partially remote Team spread across Europe.
Your Tasks
Respond to Customer Inquiries through several channels (Chat, Email, and Telephone);
Provide information with regards to products and services and other related inquiries;
Be the face of Perff Studio to our customers.
Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock are delivered.
Signing delivery notes upon receipt of shipments.
Unpacking items and arranging these on shelves, if needed.
Preparing our clients’ orders by gathering and loading stock.
Receive customers’ returns and proceed with the refunds.
Your Profile
Fluent in English (mandatory). Other languages are extra;
