We’re looking for a Marketing Administrator to provide effective, efficient administrative support for our social media, content and service teams. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organised. Ensuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner and meeting deadlines is key to success in this position.
Responsibilities and Duties
● To support the Social Media Manager with the provision of content to veterinary practice’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn), including content creation and scheduling
● Manage workflow by assigning tasks to self or other team members as appropriate, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly
● Gather data on key social media insights upon the manager’s request
● Assist other service teams as required
● Assist with content creation and graphic design when required.
Qualifications
● Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel
● Understanding of digital marketing strategies and Social Media platforms
● Experience working with or in the veterinary industry is desirable
● Sound working knowledge and understanding of Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager and the wider family of Meta Applications is desirable
● Hands-on experience and managing social media platforms such as Facebook is desirable
● Ability to analyse and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
● Attention to detail
● Self-motivated and comfortable working alone and as part of a team
● Exceptional communication skills in English (Written and spoken)
● Outstanding organisation skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
