We are looking for a Paid Media Executive to join our growing Marketing Team. Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving, measuring, and analysing paid digital activity across a range of search and social platforms for the multiple countries and brands under the Improve International umbrella.
Ideal candidates will be commercially astute with a highly analytical and inquisitive mindset. A passion for data visualisation and excellent communication skills are also key.

Key Responsibilities
• Launch and maintain successful paid digital marketing campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Search and Display Ads, Bing Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Maintain clean, well-structured digital paid accounts across all platforms day to day
• Support the marketing team with optimisation of specific campaigns across different markets, for a range of courses
• Constantly test, measure, and optimise our paid digital presence, driving sales of courses across the path to purchase
• Report on and analyse campaigns, with a focus on reviewing campaign effectiveness to maximise results
• Support the Digital Marketing Manager with paid media strategy planning and implementation
• Support the Digital Marketing Manager with exploring new paid media opportunities
• Liaise with our external digital agency for consultancy whenever needed
• Keyword planning and research
• Audience planning, structuring, and data collection
• Tracking accuracy maintenance
• Day to day bid management, campaign adjustments, and account optimisation
• Search query reporting
• Competitor research and monitoring

Key skills/experience
• Fluent written and verbal English (mandatory)
• 1-2 years’ experience in paid digital marketing
• Passionate, with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Experience with website analytics tools (GA) and CRM systems
• Knowledge and experience in running campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
• A strong understanding of bid/budget management and how changes affect performance
• The ability to deliver insightful analysis that drives improved performance
• Comfortable using project management software
• Ability to analyse campaign performance and key on-site metrics using Google Analytics
• Use MS Office to a professional standard
• Ability to adapt quickly to ever-changing technologies and environment
• Excellent communicator, able to speak with authority to external agencies and colleagues alike

Desirable skills/experience
• E-commerce experience
• Prior experience of working with data / analytics to improve digital performance, including GTM and marketing automation
• Both B2B and B2C marketing experience
• Any experience with the following platforms:
o Snapchat Ads Manager
o Twitter Ads
o LinkedIn Ads Manager
o Any Display DSPs
• Experience using the Google Marketing Platform (Search Ads 360, Display and Video 360, Analytics 360 etc.)
• An understanding of wider marketing principles: understanding user journeys and how to influence them through paid campaigns, implementing effective marketing messaging at all stages of the funnel
• Any DMI, Google or Facebook exam certifications
