We are the Corporate Communications team of Mercedes-Benz.io. We are on our mission to protect and ignite a long-term positive reputation of Mercedes-Benz.io and this is why we need you! In the past year we have ramped up the use of audiovisual media. We are actually going big on video production and running live event shows. We are looking for a Media Producer Intern with hands-on video & photo creation in our office in Lisbon to become part of our fierce tribe.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Be an integral part of our Media.io team driving everything around audiovisual media production at Mercedes-Benz.io
Support our Communications team on their mission of bringing the Mercedes-Benz.io brand values into the world
Be a producer for our internal live streams with 400+ people watching
Get familiar and work on our tech stack for making our live events possible
Produce video content of various kinds (short films, image videos, educational videos, etc.) together with a passionate team
Experience all stages of proper media production, ranging from scriptwriting, planning and shooting to the world of editing and post-production
Sync with our Social Media Factory for continuous video creation, which reflects our brand, culture, product development and workflows
Find and research company relevant video & photo topics, ideas and concepts
Co-develop our internal pre-production processes, schedules and checklists
Cover the development of campaigns, new communication formats, and ideate on how to strengthen our culture, recruiting, product communication, and transparency
Contribute on creating a consistent look & feel of our media together with our Brand & Communication Designer

TO SUCCEED YOU NEED
To know your ways around the camera, have a good feeling for a proper composition, lighting and the basics of sound recording
To be familiar with post-production software such as Premiere Pro or Final Cut, After Effects, Lightroom, etc.
To be comfortable with photo shootings and the respective post-production process to fill up our internal Mercedes.Benz.io stock library
To be interested in broad areas of application of video and photo content and to know how to use videos and photos within specific communication channels
To be self-organized and get involved proactively and hands-on in all communication initiatives
To be attending to detail and proactive in identifying improvement areas and
are not afraid of trying new things and bring your ideas to life
To possess best relationship-building skills and the ability to work with multiple team members across departments in a collaborative and professional way
To speak & write English fluently

THERE WILL BE BIG SMILES IF YOU
Are currently working for video, social media, communications, marketing, or a related field and can prove first experience in creating & editing videos
Proof first-hand experience with animation and motion design
Are a native creator on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, have a feeling for which content works well and have a growing portfolio
Own a Bachelor, have first experience in a startup, production company, agency or comparable fast-paced working environments

Mercedes-Benz.io develops software and technology for the digital platforms of Mercedes-Benz. We are focused on creating digital experiences for the future of Mercedes-Benz mobility worldwide, developing products for Sales & Marketing.
Our main products are the Mercedes-Benz Website worldwide, the e-commerce platform, digital services and after-sales solutions.
We work in Holacracy – a “non-classical” framework which represents our operating system within the company. Our setup is based on purpose, circles and roles as well as their specific accountabilities.
This is a full-time internship, based in our office in Lisbon. We have a fantastic team with people from all over the world. We encourage frequent collaboration and pairing across disciplines. English is the main working language.
