The Reality Labs team at Facebook helps people around the world collapse physical distance, come together, and connect by building world class consumer hardware and bleeding edge virtual and augmented reality software.

The primary purpose of the Customer Service Representative is to improve the client’s experience by resolving issues and improving client satisfaction when receiving contacts to request post sales support, request customer service and/or troubleshooting support.

Part of your daily activities will be:
• Provide support to users, addressing any issue or inquiry, via chat, email, phone
and social media;
• Ability to identify, research and review complex issues to determine the best solution or troubleshooting;
• Contribute in an active way to increase product insight and knowledge base content;
• Provide proactive post sales support for customers;
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.

What we are looking for:
– C2 english level;
– experience in customer service
– VR software knowledge (optional)
– motivation and will to learn
