As a B2C Manager you will be responsible for a B2C E-commerce business unit that manages different platforms and channels directly to consumer.

You will be responsible for managing the E-commerce & Digital team to support the business development and presence on the healthcare and active lifestyle market in the Iberian Peninsula and further.

Responsibilities

– Hire and lead the team
– Define strategies and objectives for the B2C e-commerce business and align with overall business objetives
– Optimize sales and increase conversion rates
– Analyze internal data and web analytics
– Understand the operational process and define optimisation strategies (logistics, returns, invoicing, etc)
– Develop pricing strategies for the e-commerce store and align with B2B
– Review product portfolio, sales data and stock levels
– Plan promotional campaigns along with suppliers
– Plan advertising campaigns, including deciding on media channels
– Develop SEO and SEM strategies
– Evaluate website design and discuss plans to improve
– Initiate and analyse market research studies

Competencies

– E-commerce & Business management know-how
– Knowledge of strategies for increasing sales (onsite, off-site and Marketplaces is a plus)
– Affiliate marketing
– Knowledge of SEO
– Digital Advertising: Google Ads, Facebook Ads
Market research and analytical skills
– Expertise in the healthcare industry is a plus
– Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
