Good to have:
– Fluent English Level Required: B2/C2
– Previous Customer service experience (advantage)
regarding digital services (plus)
– Other languages skills (bonus)
– High communication skills level
– For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit
– High School Degree
– Living in Lisbon area
