This intended role is for a professional project manager in the context of a professional services company. Assisting from pre-sales to project delivery.

Among other activities the individual should be able to perform the following:

· Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

· Identify client requirements

· Functional support to the implementation of project management tools and practices in our clients

· Experience in working under Agile or Waterfall methodology successfully. Certifications in leading methodologies are a plus.

· Perform pre-sales activities to assist on closing the project scope and reasonable budget.

· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Technical skills:

Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Additional added value skills:

· Microsoft PPM (Project Online or Server) and agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps/VSTS/TFS or other)

· SharePoint and Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft 365 technologies

Other skills:

Proficient in Portuguese and English (mandatory), French or other languages (would be a plus)

Available to travel and stay for short periods (one or two weeks) in foreign countries

Project Management certification desirable.
