Job purpose & vision – Senior Account Manager

As a TLC Account Manager (AM) you will be responsible for the management of key clients and their projects, working alongside the rest of our teams to deliver excellent services.

You will be a skilled project manager and within this role you will use and develop your ability to be a strategic thinker.

You will be main point of contact for your clients and on your projects for our internal teams. You will create and run strategic and operational delivery plans, to grow your accounts while ensuring good communication and updates across our internal teams as well as on our clients’ slide.

Your leadership skills and ability to multi task within and across projects will required in this role. As a member of the team you will be involved in helping Portugal Account Management team to work efficiently, deliver excellence and proactively look for ways to help improve overall client service delivery above and beyond.

You will have an eye for detail – you will take responsibility for ensuring that all work you are delivering and producing to the highest standard and help ensure the team around you also delivers this level of attention to detail.

Your results mindset will demonstrate you can add value to your client as you start to input into their strategic needs and we will encourage you to own and develop particular pieces of business.

You will look to build relationships with clients and across the world of TLC.

You will be financially savvy and in control in all matters relating to income generation and spend on your projects.


· Management of multi promotional campaigns from A to Z (strategic and operational delivery plan, client relationship, internal brief, copy writing and creatives follow-up, campaign launch, report and final analysis);

· Organise the different phases of a campaign by defining the corresponding processes and deliverables with the different internal teams (Sales Team, Creative Studio, Partnerships, Consumer Service) and external teams (agency, printers, freelancers, etc.);

· Follow up the project on a daily basis, anticipate key work and direction, building and nurturing client relationship while respecting the schedules and budgets;

· Work closely with Operation Director and Sales team to grow clients accounts. Use strategic thinking, proactive nurturing and commercial thinking to lead internal teams and clients to the next level.


· Motivated, enthusiastic and has a positive attitude to work and reacts well to pressure

· Open and friendly with a natural ability to build good working relationships with people, diplomatic and professional at all times

· Attention to detail, sense of priorities and organisational skills are essential for this role

· Proactive, approachable, able to inspire confidence and enthusiasm

· Has a good approach to challenges and embraces anything out of the norm

· Creative thinker and initiative taker, always willing to offer new suggestions and ideas
