Julien and Kelly Dassault created 27 Lisboa, a retail shop company, in 2017.

27 Lisboa was the first project set up under Maisons Julien et Kelly Dassault with a simple idea: share a selection of beautiful objects, well made, and easy to live with, that we have found around the world.

#WellMade
We look at the social and environmental policies in place as well as the brand’s overall ethics. We aim at a selection of objects that are sustainable for the Planet and the People. The project is meant to offer alternatives to everyday products and decorations that do not always respect Mother Nature.

We want to offer objects that are practical and easy to use in your everyday life.

#Travelers
This is how it all started. We noticed that it was not that easy to find a product you saw while traveling or while browsing on social media. So when we buy something for our family or our offices and we like it, we partner up with the brand and designer, and we add it to our selection at 27 Lisboa.

Job Description

Already positioned with a retail shop in the heart of the Portuguese capital, 27 Lisboa continues to grow its business online through a brand new e-commerce platform dedicated to online sales. We are looking for a Digital and content specialist with proven experience that will be entirely responsible for the content (in English) on the website and on social media.

Website management:
Content copywriting – You create and update relevant content on the website on a daily basis
Implementation – You publish this content through WordPress including testing
Bugs and monitoring – You highlight, track and solve bugs together with an external agency.

Social Media:
Content planner – You own and develop organic posts for all social media every month
New ideas generation – You gather new ideas in order to create original content
KPIs tracking – You are focused on your goals to increase engagement rate and number of followers in a qualitative way (growth hacking methods).
Newsletter:
You participate in the content strategy and develop the newsletter content (inc. media)
You implement it through our newsletter managing tool (Metrilo) to share it with customers.

Benchmark and monitoring:
You are the voice of the digital world within the company and you keep up-to-speed with key trends, competitors and latest technologies that you share during team meetings.

Preferred skills and experiences

Ideally Master Degree | Graduated from a Business School or University education specialised in Marketing, Sales or Digital technology
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media and / or copywriting (inc. internships)
Languages | English: Bilingual, Portuguese: Willingness to learn, French: Highly valued
Detail-oriented, you have a sharp eye to develop highly qualitative and neat content
You are a problem solver and you are proactive to solve any issues that are highlighted
You have a creative and innovative mindset to find new engaging content
You are organised and independent in your work
You are a team player and you are willing to support other functions at peak times
You have some knowledge of digital platforms such as WordPress, Google analytics, Metrilo and / or Mailchimp (but this is not mandatory, we are happy to train the right profile)
