digital marketing manager – with background in the art world

Art Curator Grid, the community platform of the art world is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to work on its new product to help artists, curators and institutions to fundraise their creative projects globally with innovative solutions, and keep donors connected to projects as they evolve.

The Digital Marketing Manager is has a strong knowledge in building companies’ online marketing presence.
With close collaboration with the Head of Communication, the DMM will establish a clear marketing strategy and budget of the new tool directed to audiences, as well as managing its implementation.
A strong knowledge to oversee web design, propose schedule and budget for online advertisings and
reporting will be expected. A great team players, the DMM will be working in a team of 8 people.

Main Missions and responsibilities:

1) Launch and monitor digital online strategy
> Create and boost online visibility (SEO and content strategy)
> Manage end to end marketing campaigns with strong ROI concern to increase client base:
budget allocation, digital media roadmap, profiling and targeting strategy
> Analyze direct and indirect competition best practices to create consistent framework
> Manage emailing campaigns to retain existing customers
> Organic and Paid Social Media Strategy in collaboration with the Head of Communication

2) Optimize end to end online experience
> strong UX vision and creative mindset
> run AB testing on customer journeys to increase client subscriptions

– At least 3/5 years of experience in Digital Marketing
– Lisbon based (or willing to live in Lisbon)
– Fluent in English
– Proactive profile
– Past experience in digital marketing for marketplaces
– Knowledge of the art world

Nice to have:
– International profile
– Experience with Hubspot implementation
