At the Concept, Usability & Design circle we create the future digital identity of Mercedes-Benz and support the Communications circle for the development of the Corporate Identity. Our circle creates excellent, innovative and user centered designs for our products and digital services.

-Conduct user research, review user feedback, and iterate on your work to improve the product
-Develop information architectures and define interaction processes for new and existing features (big and small)
-Design beautiful and polished user interfaces and experiences and evangelise exceptional design across the company
-Develop a wide range of visual deliverables including success metrics, user personas, user flows, prototypes, and high fidelity mock-ups
-Work closely with developers and product managers to bring your ideas to life

-A deep understanding of mobile design and the nuances of designing for multiple platforms and devices
-Sufficient knowledge in design theory: typography, colours, grids, etc.
-A detail and quality oriented mind
-Great communication skills to be able to articulate your design decisions to the entire team and our partners
-To have experience in defining design process for the team
-To be open to receive and able to give constructive feedback

-You have knowledge of HTML/CSS and a good understanding of what makes a collaboration with frontend developers successful
-You share your impressions of digital touchpoints with Mercedes-Benz during the interview process with us

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO KNOW ABOUT US develops software and technology for the digital platforms of Mercedes-Benz. We are focused on creating digital experiences for the future of Mercedes-Benz mobility worldwide, developing products for Sales & Marketing.
-Our main products are the Mercedes-Benz Website worldwide, the e-commerce platform, digital services and after-sales solutions.
-We work in Holacracy – a “non-classical” framework which represents our operating system within the company. Our setup is based on purpose, circles and roles as well as their specific accountabilities.
